Description du poste Job purpose - Drive business results by providing insight and control of Retail metrics - Contribute to design and support the development and implementation of all Retail planning and allocations tools and systems. - Provide regional expertise on the specific needs and challenges of LSEMA (data quality) and be the business leader of all related projects. - Drive projects related to efficiency in retail stock management and allocation - Build a strong knowledge of retail reporting, tools and best practices across the teams in Regional HQ and in the markets. Critical results & key responsibilities Drive, from business point of view all the projects related to retail reporting, retail merchandise and planning systems and processes, including data quality and key metrics - Develop, run and circulate regular reporting, performance updates and actionable analysis to enhance effectiveness and product range profitability -Ensure the implementation of the Retail buying strategy into the markets through accurate reporting and management of forecasting, sell out, stock and replenishment activities - Monitor variances in sell out and ensure these are reflected in the demand forecast through regular reviews with the buying and planning teams. - Provide relevant updates about delivery schedules, allocation, and in season re-forecasting process, in line with in season windows and promotions to ensure to hit objectives - Drive regional projects related to Manage the store stock levels in line with agreed target reacting to increases or decreases in sales and product mix. - Oversee the regional Initial allocation and replenishment strategy maximizing in season demand and minimize end of season stocks - Direct and manage a team of Retail analysts, and provide leadership by creating a collaborative, innovative and results-orientated environment Profil recherché Education Bachelor degree in Business Management/Finance Years of Experience: From 3 to 5 years experience in a relevant position in business analytical position Skills/Functional Competencies: - Fluent in English, written and spoken - Strong analytical mindset - Expert in Excel and in Retail Assortment Planning Systems - Excellent understanding of Retail processes - Very good knowledge of Store P&L - High-level understanding of business strategies, operations and drivers Additional Qualifications • Anticipates problems and develops contingency plans • Motivates and supports others to ensure they can deliver on commitments/responsibilities • Supports others through transition and adapt his/her management style to individuals and situations • Expert in negotiation and influencing skills • Communicates ideas, expectations or required information clearly and concisely ; adapts writing style, medium and language to fit the audience ; • Accurately reports the facts and implications of decisions Contact Sylvie-Victoire Veys
