HR Shared Services Manager EMEA - regio Lokeren Functieomschrijving The HR Shared Services Manager EMEA will be responsible for the continued HR Transformation for the EMEA Region. In this position you will: - Work as a member of the Global HR SS leadership team and the EMEA HR leadership team to establish an HR Service Delivery strategy that results in greater overall efficiency and effectiveness for the HR function - Continuously improve HR customer satisfaction with HR Service Delivery for the region - Achieve process goals by identifying and monitoring metrics, identifying gaps, initiating process improvements, and measuring project results - Work closely with HR technology team to ensure data and metrics are provided to HR leaders and other stakeholders and to understand and influence the overall HR technology roadmap - Lead creation, communication, training and roll-out of standardized HR processes - Manage delivery of HR services in key areas: employee relations support, leave administration, payroll processing, hiring, onboarding, developing, rewarding, moving, promoting, and terminating talent - Manage stakeholders carefully while planning for and introducing change through clear engagement strategies - Ensure all HR Service Delivery initiatives support the local legal requirements in the locations they will be used - Provide mentorship and personal development for all HR Shared Services employees across the region - Lead special projects as assigned by the Global Director of HRSS & Technology - Communicate initiative status, risk assessment and process improvements to HR and business leaders Profiel - Bachelors degree and a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR Shared Services/HR - Demonstrated ability to develop, administer and evaluate HR policies, practices and processes - Minimum 7 years of experience in an HR manager role responsible for specialists and/or generalists - Knowledge of HR processes & policies, including HR Legal requirements in the EMEA region - Excellent communicator, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Track record of success in change management of HR initiatives, leading in a matrix structure - Fluent in Dutch and English Aanbod - A steady job within a dynamic environment and an attractive renumeration.
