Our client researches and develops innovative, high quality solutions designed to make diagnostic testing more accurate. They are now on the lookout for a bilingual Business Development / Sales Executive to join their team. As a Business Development / Sales Executive, you will be tasked with promoting and selling our client’s reagent products within the French market. Although primarily based in our client’s London offices, you will undertake significant travel to France to conduct regular customer visits and identify new market opportunities. Initiating relationships with customers via telephone, email and face-to-face contact, you’ll develop in-depth product, market and competitor knowledge to ensure you provide customers with competitive deals. Additionally, you will resolve customer queries, attend conferences and trade shows and regularly report on activity, pipeline and success rates. To be considered, you must have: - Fluent French language skills, in addition to fluency in English - At a minimum, a 2:1 degree in a business and/or life science related discipline As a Business Development / Sales Executive, you must possess excellent communication, presentation and time management skills. Organised and ambitious, you must also have a high level of business acumen and the ability to build effective, long-lasting relationships at all levels. Experience in business to business sales would be beneficial to your application. A proven track record in the medical devices industry would also be an advantage, as would market research experience.
